If you publish a newsletter or magazine please would you update the contact address for the Action Update as looking through various publications there are a significant number that we have seen that are still using the address in Cardiff as the contact point, and some are still using Manchester and Bristol!

The forthcoming Earth First! gathering is going to be one of the most important events for the radical ecology movement in the country this year. It is the best forum for open discussion and debate that we have and we must make sure that we use it to the best of our ability. Over the course of the week there will be the best chances that we are likely to have for some time to discuss how we can build on the movement and to teach people skills that can be used in defence of the natural world and it’s inhabitants. Some important issues need to be discussed and people should start thinking of specific topics that they feel need addressing within the movement. In addition to debating all these issues, conducting training workshops, listening to people speak on important issues, watching films and having fun there will also be a meeting for feedback about all Earth First! publications so those that help in the production of them can learn from everybody else’s opinions about the way things are done, and how they could be improved, so please if you have any comments make sure that you tell us. Hopefully we’ll see you all at the Gathering.
