Road Rage In Roslin Valley

For over a year the Non Alignment Action Group (NAAG) have been opposing plans by Midlothian Council to have a L20 million, privately financed road built through Roslin Valley, South of Edinburgh. The planned road would damage an SSSI and effectively destroy a part of Edinburgh's greenbelt.

While the Council has been reluctant to start a public enquiry, campaigners are keeping the pressure on with monthly walks of the planned route. The next such walk is planned for the 4th of April.
