Oxford Reclaimed

Around 200 cyclists reclaimed Oxford's streets recently to draw attention to the city's pollution and accident rate. They cycled around the historic streets accompanied by a rave rickshaw playing dance music, and the local constabulary themselves on bicycles and motorbikes.

One arrest was made for hopscotch on the High Street - held to be an obstruction of the highway.
