Don't Trust A Duty Solicitior
Activists arrested at the office occupation after the Doe Hill Opencast action in October have been charged with Aggravated Trespass (section 68 CJA) and stopping work (section 241 of the labour relations act). Unfortunately much of the case against them will probably come from the interviews and statements they made in the police station so they could get out that night, (as advised by the solicitor). He forgot to remind them that they were probably giving, "evidence that may be used against them in a court of law." Remember kids, its best to say, "No Comment"
