Days Of Action Against Biotechnology

October 2nd marks the start of 2 weeks of Global Days of Action against Biotechnology. Genetically engineered foods, life patents and factory farming will be targeted by consumer, farm, animal, environmental and public interest organisations from over 40 nations with simultaneous actions, press conferences and public information events in counties throughout the world. This follows on from the first successful GDA in April where broad public support was mobilised against unlabelled, untested genetically engineered foods, life patenting and monopolisation of our global biological resources.
