Hereford Genethics And The Genetic Engineering Network

In the Wake of the very successful Big Gene Gathering earlier this month, a new group, Hereford GenEthics, has evolved to co-ordinate the campaign against Genetically Engineered food in the Herefordshire area. Members include individuals from local EF! and FoE groups, as well as a contingent from Gloucester. Already campaigners have staged successful supermarket actions at Sainsburys and may well soon be talking to Tescos! Anyone with an interest in the issue, or who wants to get involved, contact Hereford GenEthics c/o Hereford EF!

Regular regional meetings are being pulled together, as is a national activist newsletter.
