Land Occupations

There is a land occupation in the Sherwood Forest from 23rd April to the 1st May. A major trunk road is planned through the forest joining the M1 to the A1 including 5 industrial developments on the route. Please contact 0585 620714 or The Land is Ours for more info.

The Land is Ours also have a major urban occupation coming up on May 5th, supported by people from all campaigning backgrounds. It will hopefully trigger off a national debate on the subject of Land Reform in cities. The aim is, in the course of a week, to turn a derelict site into a permanent sustainable village for all who want to stay on & help make it work.
