Wells 'Relief' Road

9 people have been found guilty of aggravated trespass under the CJA, for obstructing work on the road. 8 were fined £150 despite the statement of a security guard that they were sharing a bottle of coke with the digger driver. The other protester, Bob from South Somerset EF! was put on bail and is due to appear in Frome Magistrates Court for reports and sentencing on 16th February at 9.15am.
