There have been no more actions since the demolition of the barn in the route of the M65 at Guide, Blackburn. The Stanworth Valley eviction cases have been adjourned until January 22nd and other court cases are still in progress. Court action against Tarmac, Group 4 and the DoT for assaults committed early in 1994 are progressing despite the defendants’ non-cooperation. They have failed to deliver witness statements and as a result the trial has been postponed until next year to give them more time - they’ve had a year, how much more time do they need?
