LAMB Boycotting The Banks

By the time you read this the HSBC (Midlands Bank) Annual General Meeting will have been and gone (Barbican, 26th May). Lloyds & Midland Boycott are all shareholders so it should be an eventful day!

May 3rd saw the LAMB National Day of Action with a dozen bank actions around the country. These focused on Lloyds and Midland's involvement in the Bakun Dam, and called for the banks to adopt ethical and environmental guidelines. There will be a new LAMB materials pack by the end of July. Anyone out there who has any time, expertise (or cash) to contribute to the campaign, especially during this summer, would be highly popular.
