Prisoner Support

Jim Chambers , a long-serving campaigner against the M11 Link Road, has been remanded in custody after police accused him and one other person of committing £50,000 worth of criminal damage on a road construction site. He's being held in Wormwood Scrubs prison awaiting trial; which may not take place for several months. Sentence first, trial later. The Crown Prosecution Service are obviously trying to make an example of him and set a precedent. It’s vital that Jim receives letters of support - it makes a HUGE difference to have something to read and to know that people outside are thinking of you.
