14 Years For A.L.F. Member

Keith Mann 28, a member of the Animal Liberation Front, was jailed for 14 years at the Old Bailey on Monday 19th December 1994.

His “crime” was criminal damage to 3 meat vehicles and escape from custody.

Keith did not harm life, in accordance with the Animal Liberation Front’s philosophy of nonviolence to all things. His obscene sentence was intended as a threat to all those who put life before property, particularly in the animal rights movement.

Keith has also been classed as a Category A prisoner, following his escape from custody, placing controls on who visits him and the mail he receives.
