Mcdonalds are taking two unemployed people to court for libel over a leaflet they allegedly wrote about the Mcmurderers. Mcsadbastards infiltrated London Greenpeace to get evidence.

LEGAL NEWS: Helen & Dave lost their appeal against the outrageous denial of a jury trial. They are applying to the House of Lords over this. They WON their Appeal to restore defence evidence which had been ruled out (on rainforest destruction & trade union disputes). However, continuing the huge COVER UP, McD’s are still withholding masses of evidence from the defence.

THE TRIAL. Due to continuous pre-trial legal battles the defendants have had no time to prepare for the trial (estimated to last 3 months) which they will be conducting themselves. The first day of the trial, Monday 18th April, was devoted to further legal argument over the COVER UP and the defendants demands for an adjournment. There was a Free Speech/Solidarity picket.

THE CAMPAIGN - More protests and publicity occur here and abroad all the time. Leaflets available to enable you to D.I.Y. (£12 for 1000, 0602-585666). More funds are urgently needed to pay the fares of 70 defence witnesses (15 abroad).
