Mid Somerset Earth First!

Mid Somerset Earth First! in the last Action Update announced that we had produced a news sheet which listed the health food companies involved in dodgy dealings. Since then they have produced a second issue which is available from MSEF!. The response has been so overwhelming that we understand that between 10,000 and 12,000 have been printed and redistributed, and they are spreading to many other European countries!! This was started as a local effort --- Think Globally - Act Locally!!!.

We have been boycotting our local B&Q for the past 6 months with leaflets, blockades and banners - though there have been no arrests when Davey attempted to climb up the building he was "towed off the roof". Five of us participated in South Downs Earth First!'s Carmageddon Road Blockade on the full moon solstice on the 21st of December.

We have a lot of projects going including sponsoring the roadshow in March, another Carmageddon Roadblock and we are also leaving time for the next shipment of dead rainforest at Liverpool on the 27th of February.
